I was so excited to get home today and have a nice big box waiting to be opened! The kits are just so divine, my toddler had a ball opening it all up. Her little eyes didn't know what to touch first! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What ages are these kits suitable for?

As our kits contain small objects that could be a choking hazard, our recommended age is 3+ years old. We do however feel that sensory play is a supervised activity and each child is different.

Pictured is a 2 year old who absolutely adores these kits and will happily sit and play for hours without a peep. 

How long does the playdough last?

Our playdough is made fresh for each order! We expect the dough to last in the jars unopened for around 3-4 months, as long as it is in a cool area (fridge recommended). Once it has been opened and has been played with, it will last up to 6-8 months, if not longer!

As it is made with all food grade ingredients with no artificial preservatives, it can lose moisture over time if left unopened because of the change of temperature, which will cause the playdough to crystallise.

If this happens or your playdough gets dry, just knead the playdough with wet hands and it will be back to being brand new again! 🥰

It’s best to keep the playdough in an air tight container and play with clean hands to prevent any contamination as there are no artificial preservatives in the dough.

How is shipping calculated?

We have fixed rate shipping of $15.

We ship every Monday. Orders need to be received before 9pm Friday to make it into Monday's dispatch.

Shipping and Returns

As our playdough is handmade fresh for each order, it may take up to 5 business days to complete your order, ready for shipping.

We are unable to accept returns as the playdough is made fresh, specifically for each order.

If a product is damaged, please contact thewonderswecreate@gmail.com and we will assist you further.

Once a kit has been made, we are unable to make changes to your order.

We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes.

We use a local courier company to deliver your orders.

We are not responsible for courier delays.

Your parcel will be ‘authorised to leave’ at your door unless you request for a signature upon delivery.
